I am private pay and do not work directly with insurance companies, however I can also provide a receipt of service document for you to give to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

I have a standard full fee of $150.00 for individual therapy and $160.00 for couples and family therapy. I usually have reduced fee slots open if needed, but these are dependent on availability.

I accept cash and checks, as well as credit cards through a HIPAA compliant and secure platform. Payment is due at time of service.
